Activation failed, activate.json prompted to be saved and contained "{"status":"LICENSE_NOT_FOUND"}"

Hello

I reinstalled Windows (Again) and activation failed. Instead of the activate button dealing with the returned json the file prompted to be saved (proxy issue)? I saved the file and the contents said "{"status":"LICENSE_NOT_FOUND"}"

I am suspecting I have installed/reinstalled onto the same PC too many times? I was forced to roll back to Windows 8.0 after 8.1 kept blue screening.

How can I log a support ticket?

    Simon, your 1Password for Mac+Windows "bundle" family license should allow you and up to four more family members to install 1Password for Windows on as many PCs (and as many times) as you like.

    Can you tell us the exact steps you followed to download and run the 1Password for Windows installer?

    We'll figure out what's going on and get things working for you.
