Import from 3.8.21 - Dropbox

I've been using 1P 3.8.21 for several years now. Just purchased 4 from App Store because of Sale.

When starting, I got a message about detecting my library on Dropbox, but when I unlocked 1P, there were no logins available?

I tried going to Import, but it won't accept the format of my old library .agilepass

I'm sure this is simple, I just can't figure it out!
