Why can I not see vaults that were shared with me?

My family administrator has Mac OS, I have windows. I followed instructions on invite, but don't see anything shared with me. We want to have passwords sync across members and OS. Any clues??

    Hi @melissaluce

    If you sign in at https://my.1password.com in your web browser are you able to see the vaults you're expecting to see? If not the family organizer may not have confirmed your account yet. Creating an account within a 1Password Families membership is a three step process:

    1. The organizer sends an invitation
    2. The invitee accepts the invitation and sets up their account
    3. The organizer confirms the account

    Until step 3 is completed you won't see any shared vaults.

  • Oh, okay. I'll check with our organizer. I'm pretty sure he confirmed my account. I see a "shared vault" with nothing in it (except something I just entered) and a "private vault." Both were empty when I signed in.

    If you're seeing the "Shared" vault then it is unlikely the issue is confirmation and more likely that any additional shared vaults you are supposed to have aren't properly shared with you yet.
