one year subscription but frozen account

Dear Sirs and Madames,

I have written many mails to your support since last weekend, always under the same ticket:

Unfortunately, I have not received an answer yet. I wrote to the following e-mail addresses:

But I didn't get any answer! Why?

I have an active one year subscription. Nonetheless, my account is frozen.
Why does nobody help me at 1Password? On your homepage is written:

Talk to a human
We love hearing from you and respond to every message we receive.

Why is nobody hearing me?

    We respond to emails in the order they are received. Writing multiple times pushes you into the 'newest' section of the queue. The best strategy is to email us your inquiry and then wait for a reply before writing further (unless emailing one additional time to support+urgent as BitBot mentions). I'm sorry for the delay. It appears Greig has been in touch with you this morning. To avoid duplicating efforts I'd request that you please continue your conversation with him. He'll be in the best position to get this resolved for you.
