I would like to downgrade my account from family to personal. What do I need to do. I am currently subscribed via iTunes.

Then please double check that there is only one account (yours) within your membership. It isn't possible to downgrade from 1Password Families to an individual membership if multiple people are on the membership. Once you've done so please reach out to our sales team at [email protected] from the email address associated with your 1Password membership. When you email in you'll get a support ID from BitBot. Please post that ID here so we can follow up.
