Can´t Login in Windows 10 App

Hi, i am using 1Password for years. Starting for iOS and MacOS and now also on Windows. I am wondering that i am not able to Login on Windows Version. I am able to us iOS without any Problems. After succesfull Installation i fill in my credential (scanned from QR-Code) but i got the error Message that Login Address, E-Mail, Secret Key or Masterpassword is wrong. Same Setting working on iOS and over the Webpage.
Do you have any suggestions for me?

    Hi @Torke,

    If you can sign in to your account on 1Password.com in the browser on your PC, please try to use your Setup Code to fill your credentials in 1Password 7 for Windows.

    If the error remains, please reproduce the error, create a Diagnostics Report from 1Password 7 on your PC, and send it to support+windows@agilebits.com. You should be able to do that even without signing in to your account in the app.
