Unable to Login on Windows 10

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I purchases a 1Password subscription on the iOS App Store. I am able to log in on my web browser, however I am unable to log in on the windows 10 application. It says “Your sign-in address, email address, Secret Key, or Master Password is incorrect.” This is clearly not the case.

Any help? I’ve contacted support twice with no response.
