Primary Profile Locked error

I am upgrading from 1password stand alone that I purchased from iTunes in 2014. I completed the registration for a 1pasword subscription with my email address and password and received the following error "Primary Profile Locked". I am not able to log into my account, because I never received the my secret key. Any suggestions? I don't have any data on my 1password.com account.

  • It looks like the account setup completed. We may need to recreate the account since you don't have the secret key.

    Could you please send an email to support@1password.com and reply here with the Support ID you receive?

    Include a link to this forum thread so we can find it easily.

    I will follow up with you there and get the account recreated.
