Hi, for some reason I’m not getting any notification emails when I log into my account on any device. The last email I received was the confirmation of my subscription 2 weeks ago, but nothing since.

Is there some way to turn the notifications back on again?

I’m currently on a free trial due to be billed soon, could this be why?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello @anothersomebody,

    You should only receive notification emails when 1Password signs into your account from a new device. This means you will be notified that the account has been accessed on a new device, but will not receive notifications every time it is accessed.
