Touch ID to unlock

One time about a month ago, I had it set up where I could use Touch ID to unlock 1Password. Then one day that abruptly stopped working. Now, even though I have it set to do exactly that, it never works. I am never asked to provide Touch ID to unlock, only the passcode.

    It sounds like you've possibly encountered a scenario where the interaction between the secure enclave and your system keychain has become detached, the result of that disconnect is that you won't be able to Touch ID unlock 1Password. If you'd like to send in a Diagnostics Report I can take a look and see if this is the situation you find yourself in and if you are then provide instructions for how to repair that association between your keychain and the secure enclave. https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
