I wrote an email yesterday but didn't get an answer yet so I'm trying it here.

I've created an account but unfortunately I didn't print out my emergency kit. I did delete the Android app before logging into another device so I'm not able to login again since I don't have the secret key. Could you guys please delete my account in order to start over again? This time I won't forget to print or save my secret key.

    I'm sorry for the delay. Please note that our email support team works on a first come first served basis, based on the timestamp on the most recently received email from you. They are currently dealing with a very high volume, so it may be a couple of days before they are able to respond.
