Master Password does not work after update

    Hi

    I think I have a similar problem. New update to the App and master password does not work. The only access I have is on IOS. I try to change my master password and it says "incorrect master password",

    Could you provide some additional detail about what lead to this, @TPC? Did you have 1Password for Windows all set up and working and your Master Password suddenly stopped accepting your Master Password? What about 1Password.com – are you able to sign in there with your Master Password? Any vaults in your iOS app in addition to your account vaults, such as a Primary vault? This will all help us narrow down potential issues. Thanks! :chuffed:
