why can I still get into a site with old password after updating in 1pass?

After adding site in 1 pass supposedily with a new encrypted password, I can still get into the site with old original password?

    1Password does not automatically change passwords for you on sites.

    If you generate a new password in 1Password to replace an existing one you still have to change the password yourself on the website it is meant for.

    @ElaineLawson: Indeed, while the information you store in 1Password is encrypted, a password saved there won't allow you to login to a website unless you also change your password to that with the website:

    Otherwise, as you noted, they'll still be expecting the password you already setup with them. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
