My a/c is frozen. wish to cover my a/c with my eero subscription. what is the process?

I have had a 1Password Pro a/c. now the a/c is frozen because of a credit card glitch. I have an eero subscription which will cover the 1Password subscription. I have an eero code to switch the a/c, but how do I process this change ?
