Do you have a 1Password membership? If you do then your 1Password data is stored on 1Password.com and signing into your 1Password account will sync your data to your device. If you do not then we do not store your data. In that case you would've needed to have made a backup or set up syncing with a 3rd party (iCloud, Dropbox) before deleting the app. Restoring that backup or setting up sync again with the same service would restore your data.
