Favourites shared in family?

Hi there,

It seems favourites are shared in the family. Is this by design? My wife and I don't want to use private vaults (defeats the purpose of sharing a password manager!), but having both of our favourites show in the favourites list is a little annoying. Is there anyway to have individual favourites of items in the shared vault?

    Hi @stuntboots

    At present, items that are favourited in a shared vault will show up as favourites for all people with access to that vault. And yes, you are correct, that can be annoying.

    This happens as the favourite flag is part of the item itself, and hence changing it for one person changes it for everyone. We have been looking at ways to make that favourite flag be user specific but I have no timelines that I can share with you right now. The concept of doing so is pretty straightforward. Making it perform at scale is a bit more challenging :)
