Family subscription Web but Individual subscription Android (same account)

Hi,
I purchased a Family Subscription vía Web. So, when I log in in the 1password web page, I see that my account is a Family account. But, I am logged in with the same account in my android App, and it shows as an Individual account.
Please help.

    Hi @brianrez

    Could you please confirm you're using the same Secret Key in both places? It really sounds as though you somehow ended up with multiple memberships.
