Will 1password work on an old ipad running ios version 10.3.3?

I installed 1password on my pc and on my iphone. After downloading the app on my ipad, I noticed this install already found my account but after entering my master p/w, I got a master p/w error. I then scanned my account details as for a new account and still got a master p/w error. I confirmed on my pc that I have the correct master p/w. I have 2 step authentication off. I do not have a Mac and I cannot find how to turn off my icloud sync for 1password as was suggested in this forum. I removed and reinstalled the app on my ipad. Since the app won't open on the ipad, I do not see how I can tell what app version downloaded from the app store.
