How do I export passwords from 1Password and impotrt them into Chrome?

I am trying out 1Password. In order to feel comfortable in moving my password management to 1Password, I would like to assure that I can go back if I am not satisfied. Is there a way to import passwords from 1Password into Chrome?

I have enabled the "import passwords" flag in Chrome and can see the "Import" option in the password page menu, but Chrome seems to require a csv file with columns "name,url,username,password". That is not what I get if I export my passwords from 1Password for Windows.

    @m00ndark ,

    Edit the 1Password exported CSV in a spreadsheet, and create the Chrome-required format.
