the delete volume option is grayed out.
After a 30-day trial of 1Password on my Mac, we decided to get a Family plan. I migrated my passwords to the new family, cloud-based vaults, but am unable to delete the 3 original vaults I had created on my Mac because "delete vault" is grayed out. I suspect this has something to do with the trial account being frozen. I e-mailed tech support on 2/15 but have not had any human response to date.
