Treated as a new user (not new) and passwords have been lost

I have been a member for a few months. Today I tried to use 1password for a login that I have successfully done with 1password many times before. Unsuccessful! (Site: https://mms.purity.ws/) 1password provided no options to fill login slots. And, the 1password site is showing me pages/screens as if I am a completely new user. One window in 1password named sites where I have logged in before with 1password, but the login for the noted site was not provided by 1password. Can you restore me to the status that I had before this disaster (with all passwords restored)? I am on a Mac Air.

    Welcome to the forum, @nayaknayaknayak! I'm sorry for the trouble. Did anything change with your setup, either in 1Password or on your Mac, recently (like, since the last time you remember it working properly)? Were you previously using an earlier version of 1Password? Did you upgrade macOS or 1Password, get a new Mac, anything like that?

    If you've got 1Password 7 for Mac installed, what happens if you search for https://mms.purity.ws in the search bar of the main window?
