"MultiFactor Credentials Missing" when trying to add Teams account on iPad

Hi! I'm trying to add our company's Teams account on my iPad. What I've done so far:

  • Scanned Setup code from my iPhone where the account is already set up
  • Entered master password from the Emergency Kit

However, the message "MultiFactor Credentials Missing" is then displayed in a red bar. The 2FA for the account is a 6-digit code in Authy, but I can't see a place to enter the code.

Did I miss a step?

Thanks!

@maj: If you have two-factor authentication setup for your 1Password account, you should be prompted for the code. There are a lot of questions I'd like to ask, but the answers will almost certainly involve account information that should now be shared here on a public forum. I'll reach out to you via email shortly and we'll go from there.
