1Password for iOS not saving manually created logins

When I manually create a login in 1PW, the final credential isn't saved in my 1PW vault.

1) Tap "+" to create credential
2) Tap Login
3) Type in site name > then tap blue arrow
4) Tap auto suggested email for username > then tap blue arrow
5) Tap "choose my own password" > tap "generate new password" > tap "show password recipe" > swipe to words > tap "regenerate password" > tap "Save"

Then it says "copied to clipboard" when completed, and asks to save to iCloud keychain. I tap "not now" since I don't want duplicates. But instead of showing me the newly created login, it jumps back to the Categories tab, and when I search everywhere for this newly created credential, it won't show up in my vault and the number of credentials in my vault isn't incremented.

There are multiple vaults, and the "All vaults" view is selected before searching, however the credential doesn't appear anywhere.

    Hi @dcbentley

    Welcome to the forum. :)

    Is the vault you have set in 1Password > Settings > Vaults > All Vaults > Vault for Saving included in the All Vaults view? If you switch to that vault, instead of All Vaults, do you see the items you've been saving?
