Problem syncing and deleting vault

We have a family membership. I have upgraded from 1Password 4 to 7; downloaded my logins in CSV format, and still cant upload to specified vault. Please help.

    Hi @akasnara,

    If you want to move your data to your 1Password account, there is no need to export your data to CSV. You should be able to import your old vault directly. Please try to do the following:

    1) Open and unlock 1Password 7 app on your PC.

    2) Go to 1Password > Import.

    3) Select Agile Keychain or OPVault folder option and find your old vault.

    4) Enter the Master Password for that vault, select your Personal vault as the vault your data will be imported into and click Import.
