Same here Chrome 73.0.3683.75 (Mac OS X 10.14.3)
1Password 7.2.5
Shortcut cmd\ not works
When execute appears the pic in attach:

how to resolve it ?
the issue is available on multiple Mac

@face: Please go to chrome://settings/help , make sure it says "Google Chrome is up to date", restart your Mac, and try again. It sounds like the update is just hung up. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @face

This would be a separate issue from the one discussed in the original thread you posted in. That was a bug in 1Password 6 for Mac, which is now retired. Could you please try:

1) Make sure the 1Password extension is installed in Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/1password-extension-deskt/aomjjhallfgjeglblehebfpbcfeobpgk
2) Verify the keyboard shortcut is set as desired in 1Password > Preferences > General
3) Restart the Mac

As per my above post please make sure you've got the 1Password extension installed and enabled in Chrome.
