Recover my Secret key

I got a failure in Account creation but a few min later received an email that my account has been created. Now, when I try to login, it asks for a Secret key that I don't have because I never could in to download the emergency kit.

Can the admin recover my account and send me the key or reset ?

    @tadipatr: Sorry for the trouble. This can happen occasionally if there is a communication error during the account creation process. I'd love to know (if you do) any of the specific circumstances to see if we can better handle that in the future. We can't "recover" anything for you because we never have anyone's account credentials, but we'll continue the conversation via email to assist you in starting over. :)
