Hi there - I can sign in ok on my old 1password on my old version on my old mac.
I have since purchased a new version for my new mac and can't sign in.
I don't remember changing my password when I set it up few weeks back.
I have updated to Mojave and installed Norton security.
Could any of that have effected it?

No, this most likely doesn't have any role in this. But just to make sure: was your new password working before updating to Mojave and installed Norton security?
