App Login via 1Password

Hi,

I have a Google Pixel 3. System and all apps are up2date.
Unfortunately i can't login on several apps via 1password.
Tested with PayPal and Nextcloud.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open Paypal App
  • Click in password field (a popup appears)
  • Click on popup
  • Scan fingerprint
  • Choose login (paypal)

The popup vanish and nothing happens!?

The login is correct, on my iOS Device i'm able to login with the same data

1Password Version: 7.3.1
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Android 9 up2date
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Thanks for reporting these filling issues to us. We are aware of limitations in the Paypal app that prevents support for Autofill using 1Password. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve this issue on our end as Paypal needs to update their sign-in screen to support Autofill. I would recommend reaching out to Paypal to inquire support for Android's Autofill service in their app.

    As for the Nextcloud app, are you able to start Autofill using 1Password by long-pressing on the username field and selecting Autofill from the menu? Let me know if that works!
