What browser (and what version of the browser) and OS?

I am guessing that you are referring to the 1PW extension in Safari. There have been changes recently in Safari, and this extension may no longer be available.

But I may be misunderstanding what you want to do.

    Hi @PatriciaMoore!

As danco correctly mentioned, we need some information about your setup. Can you please let me know what browser you are currently using?

In addition to this, have you installed the browser extension for this browser already?

    Hi @PatriciaMoore,

If you go to Safari Preferences > Extensions tab, do you see the 1Password extension installed there? And if it is, is it enabled?

    Hi @PatriciaMoore

Just to make sure: you are definitely opening Safari's Preferences, right, not 1Password's?

Please forgive me I was in 1Password preferences. I do not have a 1Password icon in my Safari preferences. I only have a My Templates and it is not checked

Okay. In that case you need to install the 1Password 6 Safari extension:

Apple - Safari - Safari Extensions Gallery

Please note that 1Password 6 has been retired and future versions of Safari are not likely to work with it. You may want to consider upgrading to 1Password membership, which will give you access to the latest version which is 1Password 7:

    1Password 7 for Mac: The Best Ever | 1Password

You can learn more about what membership offers here:

    About 1Password membership

Version 7 uses Apple's new Safari App Extension framework, instead of the old (depriciated) Safari extension gallery. I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

    Ben

I'm not sure what you're trying to show us with these screenshots. How can we help?
