1Password saving password for new sites, but not saving username.

Every new sight I save a new login for does not get saved as a login. In the past, 1Password would prompt me to save the new login. Now it just saves the password, and I have to go in and manually select, "Convert to Login," and then I have to manually enter the username. How can I get it to prompt me to save the login.

Note: I have "Detect new usernames and passwords selected"

I am using Chrome with the 1Password extension.

Extension Version: 4.7.3.90
OS Version: 10.14.4
Sync Type: Membership
