Lost phone with two factor authentication on it. [email support@1password.com]

Hi,

I have lost my phone that had the authenticator on it for two-factor-authentication. I have send an email to the support email address and my support ID is [#FJA-33355-864]. Is it possible to get my 2FA removed/reset as I do not have any trusted browsers.
