I created an account last week, can't login, email address not recognized
I created on account last week using my iphone. I wrote down my password. Now I cannot login through the app. When I tried to login to the support forum it is saying there is no account associated with my email address. I have the confirmation email verifying my account. Unfortunately I did not download an emergency kit so i have no idea what to do.

Now I cannot login through the app.
What happens when you try to login through the app? Do you get an error message?
When I tried to login to the support forum it is saying there is no account associated with my email address.
The forum is a separate system. If you have a 1Password account, you don't get a support forum account too, unless you decide to sign up for it separately, as you have done.
