1Password Keyboard Shortcuts for Windows don't work

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I'm a Mac user but am trying to start using Windows 10 on a new laptop. I'm using the latest version of Windows and 1P for Windows 7.3.684 and none of the Windows keyboard shortcuts as shown here work. I've tried them on both the Edge and Internet Explorer 11. I've looked at some other articles that have suggested it may be a problem with my Language or Locale settings but I've checked and my Country or region is set to United States which is correct. Is there some additional add-in I need to install or something else I can check to get the 1P keyboard shortcuts working on Windows? Thanks.

    Hi @rlf,

    Thanks for writing in! Sorry for the troubles with 1Password 7 on Windows.

    First of all, we do not have 1Password 7 extension for Internet Explorer. As for the Edge, it is complicated. Could you please open and unlock 1Password 7 for Windows and check what shortcuts you have in Settings > General?

    Additionally, please try to install 1Password extension in Chrome (or Firefox) and check if 1Password extension works there.
