Chrome Plug-In and Windows App Not Synchronized?

I have no idea what's going on here but when using the Chrome plug-in I can find certain data and when I go to look for that data within the Windows application, I don't find it.

How is this possible? What can I do to help figure out what's going on? This is driving me nuts!

    It sounds like the Helper is not connected. Please see the User Guide for information and steps to resolve:

    Follow each step carefully and don't miss step 7 if it applies in your situation:

    If you are still having trouble, could you please email us your Diagnostics Report? If you have an email client installed, you can send the report more easily by selecting Help > Diagnostics Report > E-mail to Agile. If you don't have a desktop email client, you can select Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File. Then open your webmail, create a new message to support AT, and just upload the exported file as an attachment to that message.
