Welcome to the forum, @marcoeur5! No, the Emergency Kit is a function of 1password.com accounts. If you wanted to achieve something similar, you could create your own: write down your Master Password and perhaps some other details to leave in a safety-deposit box or with an attorney or trusted friend/family member.

I believe one of our intrepid customers created a PDF form for this purpose some time ago, before we offered our own with memberships. It had fields for the Master Password, where the vault files were stored (Dropbox, iCloud, etc) and some other handy ones. Might be worth tracking down if you're interested. :+1:
