Just upgraded from v6 to v7 - having some issues

Hi,

I'm a long time user of 1password and have just upgraded to v7 and now everything no longer works. This is the message I get. Please help.


1Password Version: 7.2.6
Extension Version: 7.2.6
OS Version: 10.14.4
Sync Type: Cloud

    Hi @JanCrs! Welcome to the forum!

    Can you please try importing your data manually by opening 1Password 7 and choosing File from the menu bar, then Import... and finally choosing 1Password 6 from the list?

    I can't open 1password7. When I attempt to open it, this is the error that comes up and it forces me to quit.
