My account is still frozen after I got the license

Hello, I have been using 1Password for several years on my PC and iphone , its really great. Last week, I payed ¥362.99 for the license of 1Password 7 for Windows, I downloaded the license, double clicked it, and then my account is still frozen. Do I still need to subscribe per month to unfrozen my account?

    I'm sorry for the confusion. Accounts are a subscription-only service. If you'd like an account, you need a subscription. A license wouldn't do it.
