    Perhaps their notice went to your spam folder.

    I simply gave AgileBits a credit card to renew against, automatically. Worked just fine a few months ago.

    I normally don't do that, but this is one of the very very few values in life that deserve that attention.

    Hey @allanferrier, I'm so sorry that your account went frozen! We do normally send out an email a few days before your trial ends letting you know that you need to add a credit card to keep your account active - as @adam1991 says, is it possible that this went to your spam folder?

    Also, just to be clear, if your account ever does go frozen, we will not cut you off from your data. You can always access all your data, even if your account goes frozen. You just won't be able to add new data, or use the extension to fill in your browser, but you won't lose access to your data.
