Can Login to Desktop app and iPhone app but not Web
Hello, have a current sub with 1Password. I am able to login to Desktop app and iPhone app and they are syncing with each other but cannot login to 1Password web account. Have now discovered If you change the login password on the apps it doesn't necessarily change the web one at the same time, as I now can't get access. How do I get a reset sent for the web account?

Welcome to the forum, @DazJensen! I'm sorry for the trouble. When you create a 1password.com account, you're asked to give it a Master Password. This can be but isn't required to be the same as the Master Password you may have been previously using for standalone data in 1Password. If you chose a different Master Password at the time you created your 1password.com membership and then you ALSO didn't remove the Primary vault from your 1Password apps, then the apps would continue to use the old password you'd been previously using, even after you add the account into the app. If you can't sign into your 1password.com account in a browser at https://start.1password.com/ then I'd recommend at least trying these steps. Ultimately, however, if you can't remember your Master Password, you'll need to create a new account, add it to your 1Password app, move the data from the old account into the new one, then remove the old app from your device(s). We can help you with that process, but can you first tell me whether, on your iPhone and your Mac, you see a vault called "Primary" when you look in Preferences > Vaults? And also let me know if you were able to successfully sign into your 1password.com account in a browser at https://start.1password.com/ - thanks!
