Hi team I need some support on this. Just upgraded to android pie after purchasing a 1 year subscription and now can't use fingerprints.

    Hi @drup88. Thanks for reaching out. We've heard of this issue affecting other Samsung users who recently upgraded to Android 9, which sounds like the case with you as well.

    Samsung devices have a feature called Intelligent Scan, which seems to be affecting the behavior here. Can you try disabling facial recognition in the Intelligent Scan settings on the device? Does that help?

    Hi @peri

    Unfortunately my device does not have intelligent scan. According to Samsung intelligent scan is only available on Samsung s9 devices.
