Any way to save password-less logins?

Password-less logins are very common, however I couldn't find any way how to save them in 1Password. Although it may be a bit weird to use a password manager to not save passwords, it would still be great ta have the option to save only a username to have it synchronised and accessible from the browser extension.
While it is certainly possible to use a dummy password, this may not be the best way because the browser extension will auto-fill it and some systems can cause troubles when detecting failed login attempts.

    Hi @durchanek!

Can you please give me an example of a passwordless login?

Also remember that you can definitely save a Login item without a password if you wish: simply leave the password field empty, and 1Password will only fill the username field for you.

Hi @ag_ana , thanks! I tried this some time ago and didn't succeed, but you are right, it works.
By password-less, I meant any login where you use a one-time password delivered somehow else (e.g. through an app or a text). Probably not the best term :-)

@durchanek: ah I see now! Thank you for the clarification :)

And I am also happy that my suggestion worked ;)
