Bitwarden to 1password - how to import? [Solved]

Hey there :)

sorry for my not so good english but i'm no native speaker :)

I do have a big issue with importing my bitwarden data to 1password. I exported the data from bitwarden to .csv but after importing it to 1password, 1password made bis mistakes.... i found this tutorial (https://support.1password.com/create-csv-files/) how to create a good .csv for 1password, but how can i customize my bitwarden.csv to match this scheme for 1password?

it would take toooo long to do that manually by hand :(

You can use either a spreadsheet app, like Excel, or you can also use a text editor if you prefer. However, if you have to move columns around because the order in which they appear in the bitwarden CSV is different from the one expected by 1Password, using a spreadsheet app might make things easier for you, so you don't have to edit each item individually.

thank you! I wasn't thinking about excel....
now i changed everything to this sheme :)
the only problem is, that i wasn't able to change multiple urls out of bitwarden to match the sheme as it is in 1password.

now, every url with multiple values look like: https://url1.com\nhttps://url2.com\nhttps://url3.com and so on :)
how does 1password interpret line breaks? => "\n" won't work as i saw

There is a bitwarden converter in the converter suite that you can use to convert Bitwarden's JSON export format directly. Just follow the directions.

but i am getting this issue in the cmd:

moreover: how would i be able to import 1pif? should the file not to be csv again for importing it in the browser version?

@thesoulrester ,

Since your PROFILE is on a non-default C drive, use the --outfile option to specify the path where to create the 1PIF file.

See perl convert.pl --help for a list of the options.

ohhh thank you @MrC i created the desktop folder temporarly :)

now, another stupid question: how can i convert 1pif to csv - because 1password browser version does not support importing 1pif files :(

Better to install the Desktop version temporarily, @thesoulrester . The reason for using 1PIF vs. CSV is that you cannot get the URL's imported as nicely. The converter stores them like this:
