UI occasionally becomes unresponsive

Every now and then I will perform an action that causes the 1 Password UI to become unresponsive, as in, I can click around menu items on the left hand side but clicking them does not change the view to the immediate right I.e clicking between 'Logins' and 'Secure Notes' does not update the list of items.

If I leave 1Password alone 30s - 1m it eventually refreshes and is operational again.

This issue has been happening for a while now which makes me think it isn't version specific but maybe something in my vault causing the issue, very frustrating.
