Suspend/Reactivate User

I was a little aggressive in suspending a user who is leaving soon and had to re-activate her account however she is now saying that she doesn't have access to anything in her account. Can you explain why this is or how we can recover her stuff?

    I'm sorry to hear this person is having difficulty accessing her data after having been suspended and then re-activated. If she logs in on the https://start.1password.com/ website is she able to see the data she is looking for?
