Question about subscription plans

Hello,

I got a question regarding our current and new subscription plan.

We started using 1Password about 2 years ago and started with 3 Pro subscriptions.
Our business has been growing since then and with that comes the need to have more control over who is doing what.

The way we have it setup now is as following:

  • 1 Pro account for us as admins.
  • 1 Pro account for some people who need to have access to multiple vaults.
  • 1 Pro account for the rest of our employees. (access to 1 vault)
    this is somewhat cost effective but with at least 40 people using 1 account creates a problem with security and control.

What we want/need?

We know its possible to create guest accounts but that gives the following problem:
We want to create more vaults and people (some, not all) need to be able to access them, but guest accounts are only able to access 1 vault at any given time.
So the guest account option is not really useful in this case.

Ideally we want:

  • 3 business accounts for admin purposes.
  • At least 10 teams accounts.
  • rest we can give guest accounts.

And as a last questions:
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
