Membership status

I am quite sure that I upgraded my original subscription to family and I received an email about it on 4/23/18. I just upgraded from V6 to V7 but when I check my membership on your web page it shows only an individual membership. How can I resolve this. I have attached a screenshot of the email I got back then.
