Access Key for Guest User?

I've set up a guest user to share a vault with. She can't get in to the vault. We seem to be stuck on the access key. Does she need mine?

    Hi @ianstorrar! Welcome to the forum!

    She needs her own Secret Key. Please do not share yours with anyone, that's something that only you should know.

    She will have received her Secret Key when she accepted your invitation to join the account. If she lost the Secret Key, you can recover her account so she can get a new one.

  • That makes perfect sense. It's what we thought but she searched for it in her email and didn't see it. Perhaps she didn't save the info. Thanks!

    That's the most likely explanation. The Secret Key is never emailed, so if she was looking for it in here email inbox, she would never find it. The Secret Key is inside the Emergency Kit, which she was prompted to download at the end of the account creation. If she didn't accept the prompt to download the Emergency Kit, this would explain the situation :)
