Macbook air not updating/syncing with IOS (iPhone 6s).

I had previously used 1Password on my macbook air, iPhone 6, and windows desktop. Today I signed up for the subscription model. After migrating the data into my new vaults, I followed instructions and removed my old vaults. All appeared to be working well, but I have added items to my iPhone that are not showing up on my macbook air desktop app. I checked my online account, and the new items are correctly showing up there.

    I walked away for a few hours, and now everything is syncing correctly. Not sure why it's working now, but I won't question it.
