What happened to my support help?

Sent diagnostic zip file 5 hours ago and support person has disappeared--it still doesn't work and I am really getting frustrated

    Hi Jim. :smile: Yaron should be back in a few hours, if someone else don't get back to you sooner. We are scattered throughout the world, so the time zones don't always match up 100%, but you should hear from someone soon. I'm going to go ahead and close this thread so we aren't spreading the same work across multiple forms of support.
