Why can't I reload 1Password back into my iPad 2 Air?

I used 1Password Version 6.8.9 (689001) on my Mac (Running Mohave 10.14.5). I also have it on my iPad and iPhone.

The main iMac version wasn't syncing with my iPad or phone so I deleted the app on the iPad intending to reload it. It won't let me do that and I can't log into the account as it needs a Secure key which I don't have as far as I know.

How do I get it back (and syncing) on to my iPad and will that also work on the iPhone so I can do the same with that?

    PLEASE CANCEL THE REQUEST. IT WASN'T SYNCRONISING WITH ICLOUD. SORTED NOW.
